OK, this is really bugging me. Would it bug you?
The prof says " OK, now this next part is really important. 'The task of the reviewing panel...' No, I mean it is really, really important. if there are any ...(insert about a minute of off topic lecture)... OK, so 'The task of the reviewing panel...' now the reviewing panel is (insert about another minute of off topic lecture)... OK, where were we? OK, 'The task of the reviewing panel...' now, everyone knows what the reviewing panel is? It's (insert 30 seconds of him telling us 4 times what a reviewing panel is)... Ok 'The task of the reviewing panel is to assess the magistrate...' Now does everyone know what a magistrate is? (insert 30 seconds fo him telling us what a magistrate is, 4 times)..."
And then he finishes the quote. Would that bother anyone else? I feel, if it's so darn important, TELL US. Then go off topic so we can play on our computers or whatever, but finish the quote before wasting 5 minutes repeating yourself, when everyone but the stupid girl (who will never get it) got it the first time.
Yes, the stupid girl from the earlier thread is in fact in both my classes. Someone in registration must have a grudge against me...
OK, back to the class.

Yes that is annoying. You get all prepped from the intro and then no finish. I have a really bad tendency to start to fall asleep when that happens.
Annoying yes, but he did get you to listen to his tangents with this method, didn't he? Tricky, tricky...
