First off, let me be the first to say:
CONGRATULATIONS MASTER SAMPSON!!!
now then. so the LSAT prep stuff is coming along nicely. I'm making progress toward a nice, proper prep class. so tomorrow, we are having a "focus group" with 4 of the marketing interns friends at work. Now first off, we all know that a true focus group is made up of a random group, not a group of friends. but whatever. my boss is excited about it all, saying that he likes to see activity, no matter what type. I have my reservations however. The marketing girl in question is a bright girl, but doesnt speak well. She says "alls" and other noticable things like that, that seem to me to be somewhat unprofessional. but i digress. she wants to go to law school, she has been to a select camp at FSU, etc... shes taken several practice timed LSATs. I am afraid that her friends will be like her. and if thats the case, how helpful will this focus group be, and how misleading might the results be? how like the average lsat consumer will they be?
anyhow, so i will be updating about how its all doing.
your moment of zen:
Sampson: "They will all call me Master."

Yay! Tell her Congrats from me!
I hope things go well for you too!
haha! After your Ph.D. you get to be called doctor, so after a MA, why not Master?
I hope the focus group meeting goes well today and you get some helpful input. Even if you don't, I think that what you've come up with already seems like an excellent program. It just needs the details ironed out.
