The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955)

Well, I don't know how to feel about this nomination. My gut feeling is by selecting someone with no background he can pick a conservative and get them in the door with out people knowing it. I also think it allows him to pick and underqualified friend, but then so was Rhonquist (I think). But as I hate most of the things the president has done thus far, I am pretty biased towards hating anything new he does.
Honestly I am not sure how I feel about it, and I think that seems to be the feeling of many. How do you love or hate some one you know nothing about? Should we have a rooky in the hot seat who may not understand the weight of her decisions or will she provide a fresh new look? She knows the laws, but has she formed oppinions about them, is that a good or a bad thing? So many questions and no answers.
