PS - I've been studying for the Bar, fighting to get my Bar Study loan BEFORE the Bar, Hunting for a job (though i might have found a pretty good one) and trying to eat cheap meals without eating hot dogs every day.
That's my life, in a nutshell.
Outside the nutshell, the job is a paralegal job working from home. It sounds like a great opportunity, and I'd be able to continue it past May (assuming I get into FSU).
So yeah, I decided I don't want to be a lawyer really. I like thinking about the law, and I like research, but I don't like the rest of it. So after talking to Beth for a while and thinking about what goals I have and what makes me happy, I decided to go back to school for my PhD in philosophy (of law). It's some more school (and in this market school isn't a bad idea) and I'd be positioned to teach, which is the goal. So if all goes well and I impress FSU grad program, I could be starting school again in May. Keep fingers crossed and whatnot.
And that's about it. For now. More later.
